What is a remote testimonial?
It’s a testimonial that is captured remotely via an app on your client’s smartphone. Clients can be in their own office or at home.
How long does the recording take?
The recording will take less than 45 mins.
Does my client need any technical equipment for the recording?
A smartphone. We will contact the client 3/4 days before the recording date to do a check. We sometimes send a small tripod for the smartphone. This does not need to be returned.
What does my client need to do to prepare for the recording?
We’ll send the questions to them in advance of the interview. It’s better if they don’t prepare set answers. The questions are simply for reference. They will also need to download an app to their smartphone. We’ll talk them through this.
Revisions and Approvals
What about revisions and approvals?
Once the interview is complete, we’ll edit and provide you with a rough cut of your video. After your feedback, we’ll complete the video and send the final version to you for approval.
How long is the finished video?
The completed video will be between 2-3 mins in length.
